Previously holding the role as PHD US’ Chief Operating Officer, Mike created transformational relationships and drove effective business change for our clients, specifically—Volkswagen, Diageo, SCJohnson, Burger King, Popeyes, Red Bull and Hormel.
Before transitioning to PHD, Mike served as the Midwest Regional Director of the Digital team at OMD where he was charged with overseeing overall digital strategy and innovation for clients at a pivotal point of change in the industry. In this role, Mike championed the integration of new media opportunities and emerging platforms for his clients, like McDonald’s and Clorox, that led to great success.
The trajectory of his profession reflects a strong work ethic and commitment to excel. Mike’s focus is to lead and operate all aspects of the agency seamlessly while keeping a strong pulse on innovation to stay ahead. Committed to promoting diversity and inclusion, Mike aims to foster cultural curiosity and lead meaningful organizational change.
Melissa is currently the Chief Media Officer of PHD US. In this role, she relies on her background leading Planning, Investment, Measurement and Technology teams to set the standard of outputs across the PHD portfolio, orchestrate teams and elevate product offering.
The past 8 years have been concentrated in the CPG space, developing strategic media frameworks, leading full-funnel planning, driving investment & planning integration, and fostering IAT collaboration.
Outside of work, Kristi has two active, sports-loving sons and enjoys attending as many of their games & activities as possible (lot of baseball!).
Wilson has more than 10 years of experience across diverse content mediums. From helping Porsche launch its first endeavors into AR and VR to PepsiCo’s first integrations into wearables, Wilson knows how to help brands navigate what’s next. His work on voice technology won a first-ever Cannes Lions award for a voice skill at Gimlet Media and led to its acquisition by Spotify. He is the winner of three Adweek Media Plan of the Year awards and loves to see content that his team has created out in the world.
A ravenous learner, Wilson is always looking to experience something new, be it a sport, a project, or history. Most recently, he has been exploring the art of fermentation, where he finds joy in the subtle differences of each batch created from produce sourced in ever-changing environments.
Nicole has spent nearly 10 years with Omnicom helping brands mature and develop their digital strategies – from CRM programs and database marketing to retail media and operations and product innovations. She is focused on bringing connected, data-backed solutions to every situation.
Prior to joining Omnicom, Nicole was immersed in politics, first working on local and national campaigns before leading database marketing for a large-scale fundraising organization.
Ashley excels at bringing together diverse cross-functional teams and disciplines, including brand, digital commerce, shopper marketing, experiential, media, PR, retail, analytics, and CRM. By fostering collaboration, she has successfully developed innovative integrated marketing strategies and ideas that address clients’ brand and business challenges.

Kyle Leads Outcomes for OMG North America, a performance division focused on driving results for clients by leveraging innovative technology for activation and negotiating unique commercial partnerships.
In addition to his business and activation acumen, Kyle is also a skilled project manager, adept at overseeing complex initiatives from conception to completion. Whether it’s launching a new product, executing marketing campaigns, or implementing process improvements, he has a proven track record of driving projects forward with efficiency and precision.
